This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Simply iCard Consulting and Technologies collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”). This privacy policy applies to all products and services offered by Simply iCard.

Personal Data We Collect

Simply iCard collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences with our products. We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, request information about our products, place an order, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available. Users may visit our Site and use our free services anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

With a Microsoft Office 365 account, you can sign into to your Office 365 account allowing you to use Add-ins provided by Simply iCard. Signing into your account enables improved personalization, provides seamless and consistent experiences across products and devices, permits you to access Microsoft Office 365 service using Add-ins from Simply iCard.

When you sign into your account to access a product, we create a record of that sign in.
In the context of the business relationship with Simply iCard Data collected to administer your organization’s licensing account of Apps and Add-ins, such as when you deploy one of our Free Add-ins, create a trial subscription or purchase a subscription. These services are available from Microsoft AppSorce or by getting these products directly from Simply iCard.

  • Company information, such as Company name, address, telephone number, company email address;
  • Payment data, such as data necessary for processing payments and fraud prevention and other related billing information;
  • Subscribed users; user name and email of each user with a valid subscription
  • Further information necessarily processed in a project or contractual relationship with Simply iCard or voluntarily provided by the Business Partner, such as personal data relating to orders placed, payments made, requests, and project milestones.

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Data Retention

We will not keep your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose it was collected. This means that data will be destroyed or erased from our systems when it is no longer required.  This time frame will not be later than 35 days after the are no longer required.  after We take appropriate steps to ensure that we process and retain information about you based on the following logic:

  1. at least the duration for which the information is used to provide you with a service;
  2. as required under law, a contract, or with regard to our statutory obligations; or
  3. only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, is processed, or longer if required under any contract, by applicable law, or for statistical purposes, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Simply iCard uses the data we collect to operate our business and provide you the products we offer, which includes using data to improve our products and personalize your experiences. We also may use the data to communicate with you, for example, informing you about your account, security updates, product information and status of your subscription. Simply iCard use Users personal information for the following purposes:

To improve customer service. Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

  • To personalize user experience. We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided by us.
  • To send periodic emails. We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. Advertising

Plugins to social network

Our Services make use of social network plugins (“Plugins”). When you use a Service that contains Plugins, information may be directly transferred from your device to the operator of the social network. We have no influence on the data gathered by the Plugin. In case consent is withdrawn, Simply iCard may only further process the personal data where there is another legal ground for the processing.
